Products can be exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Exchange is available for size issues, wrong items received, or defective products.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered. The product must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear pictures or proof of the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Used, washed, damaged, or altered items cannot be exchanged or returned. Items without tags or original packaging will also not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Exchange delivery charges may apply unless the mistake is from our side, such as sending a wrong or damaged item.
